Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2026. These terms govern corporate consultancy contracts, training packages, bespoke away days, and website usage for TPL Experiences (trading as TPL Consultancy).

1. Engagement & Service Delivery

All strategic consultancy, professional training, and corporate experiential programmes are provided under formal agreements specifying scope, timetable, and milestones. TPL Experiences operates as an independent advisor and facilitator.

2. Payment Terms & Bookings

For bespoke corporate programmes and away days, a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the agreed contract value is due upon booking confirmation to secure facilitator dates and venue reservations. The remaining balance is payable prior to project delivery or as defined in the specific service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All diagnostic frameworks, workshop curricula, toolkits, training slide materials, and reports produced by TPL Experiences (including the Navigating Change Framework and Intentionality Blueprints) remain the intellectual property of TPL Experiences and Minoti Parikh unless explicitly transferred in writing.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all client corporate dynamics, trustee board reviews, staff survey outputs, and strategic plans with strict professional confidentiality. Confidentiality obligations endure indefinitely beyond the termination of any project.

5. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
